    Dr. Chebil has limited her practice exclusively to laser vision correction. She is founder and medical director of "The Lasik Center", one of Orange County's  premier laser centers, where quality of outcome is our main goal. 

    Dr. Chebil is an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) specializing in laser vision correction. She has performed several thousand laser vision procedures:
    LASIK, PRK and LTK, and is one of very few female ophthalmologists world-wide to perform this type of surgery.

    • The surgeons at Refractive Laser Center have participated in FDA clinical trials for the excimer laser and are experienced in all types of refractive procedures. They are ranked in the top one percent nationally in experience with refractive surgery. They have the skills and surgical experience to determine which laser or surgical procedure is right for you.

    • LASIK is performed in Saddleback Eye Center's state-of-the-art, fully accredited surgical facility equipped with most advanced equipment available and staffed by well-trained and educated staff members. Dr. Manger, a board certified ophthalmologist and refractive surgeon, has performed well over 20,000 surgical procedures, including procedures correcting nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.
